Cross Country Reflection

Cross Country Reflection
Yesterday we did cross country, and it was one of the best days to do it because it was really sunny in the weekend leading up to it, so the motocross track wasn’t all puddly and yuck. I ran in the 11 girls age group, we started off with Mr.S-W clapping the two wooden blocks together and we were off I headed up to the motocross track Caitlan was right behind me most of the way. We did the first lap of the motocross track and that was starting to get my heart racing. Then we went around to do a lap of the block, I went to do the last lap of the motocross track and then I sprinted the lap of the school field and won. I was so tired I had to lay down to regain my breath, it was one of the most intense cross country's I've ever done.

  1. Hi Renae, my name is Anuk and I am a student in the Manukau Class at Waikowhai Primary School. I really like the way you posted the info about your school cross country. It made me think about when I was really tired after my school’s cross country. Have you thought about including some pictures and drawings from the day? If you would like to see my learning, my blog is wpsanukw.blogspot.co.nz.
